Change of Overeem name

Overeem was acquired by Hadley Group in December 2015. Hadley Group, a leading manufacturer of rollformed profiles, has seven manufacturing centres and 700 employees all over the world. The intensive cooperation between Overeem and Hadley Group during the years since then has resulted in great technological progress and substantially increased manufacturing capacity.

This has resulted in the decision of the Hadley Group Board of Directors that Overeem will serve as the Hadley Group European Headquarters as from mid-2020. Pursuant to this decision, the manufacturing capacity at the Ede location (NL) will be increased further to provide optimum services to the European market.
The Board has also decided that the Group will use one name in all global communications. The Overeem name will be discontinued: as from mid-2020, the Hadley Group name will be adopted for all our communications.

Results and plans for the future

Hadley Group, with a strong focus on technology, intends to achieve substantial European and global growth. On pooling the technological knowledge of Overeem and Hadley Group we now rank among the leaders in rollforming technology. The cooperation has achieved the following progress at Ede:

  1. Improved collaboration between teams and systems at various levels within Hadley Group
  2. Increased manufacturing options and capacity resulting from a series of investments. Ede's rollforming machines can now form sheets of thicknesses between 0.3 mm to 4 mm: other Hadley Group manufacturing centres can form sheets of thicknesses of as much as 8 mm. Additional technologies are now also available at Ede.

These Hadley Group investments have increased our knowledge and manufacturing capacity so that we can offer our customers even better service in the further development and manufacture of your existing and future profiles.
